Product Description

Produced from hot-dip galvanized or galvalume steel coil coated with primer and topcoat through continuous coil coating process. Features uniform color, excellent weather resistance, good corrosion protection, and strong coating adhesion. Available base grades: DX51D, S250GD, S350GD, S550GD, SGCC. Coating types: polyester (PE), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), high-durability polyester (HDP), or silicone-modified polyester (SMP). Topcoat thickness: 15–30μm; primer: 5–10μm. Coating weight on base metal: Z80–Z275 or AZ50–AZ150. Thickness: 0.12mm – 1.2mm. Width: 600mm – 1500mm. Coil ID: 508mm or 610mm. Coil weight: custom, 3–15 tons. Color range: full RAL color chart (standard colors in stock; custom colors available upon request), also available according to Pantone or buyer's samples. Surface finish: gloss, semi-gloss, or matt. Backside coating available (primer or same as top). Excellent formability for roll forming, stamping, and bending. Meets ASTM A755, EN 10169, or JG/T 516 standards.

Production description

Galvanized or galvalume coil is cleaned, pretreated, and coated with primer and topcoat (polyester, PVDF, HDP, or SMP) via reverse roll coating. Each layer is cured in ovens. The strip is then cooled, inspected for color and coating adhesion, trimmed, and rewound. Backside coating optional.

Shipping Packaging

For export, pre-painted coils are wrapped with VCI paper and moisture-proof polyethylene, placed on ISPM-15 certified wooden pallets or steel skids, secured with steel straps, and fitted with edge protectors and coil protectors. Labels include color code, grade, coating type, dimensions, and coil weight for safe sea freight.
